We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, we will work with you to address your concerns before considering a refund. Our goal is to ensure every client receives value from their engagement with LearnToCodeCA.
For all subscription plans, we offer a 14-day satisfaction period during which you can request a full refund if our services do not meet your expectations. This guarantee applies to new subscriptions only and is subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Subscription Services (Starter, Professional, Enterprise Plans)
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription payment if they are not satisfied with our platform and services.
- Monthly Subscriptions: After the 14-day period, monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but are not eligible for prorated refunds for the current billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions cancelled after 14 days may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining unused months, subject to review.
Custom Development Projects
- Pre-Development Phase: If you cancel before development work has commenced, you may receive a full refund minus any discovery or planning fees already incurred.
- During Development: Refunds for active development projects are calculated based on work completed to date. You will be invoiced for completed milestones and work-in-progress at our standard rates.
- Milestone-Based Billing: Projects using milestone-based billing are refundable only for milestones not yet started or completed.
Consulting and Advisory Services
- Prepaid Hours: Unused prepaid consulting hours may be refunded at 80% of the original rate if requested within 90 days of purchase.
- Completed Services: Consulting services that have been delivered are non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services already rendered or work already completed
- Third-party software licenses, subscriptions, or fees purchased on your behalf
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- Cloud hosting costs incurred
- Rush or expedited service fees once work has commenced
- Training sessions that have been delivered
- Customizations or modifications made to delivered software
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our billing team at [email protected] with your refund request. Include your account information, the service in question, and the reason for your request.
- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 3 business days and may contact you for additional information.
- Resolution: You will receive a written response with our decision and, if applicable, details about the refund amount and method.
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
5. Refund Processing Times
Once a refund is approved, processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Bank Transfer/ACH: 3-5 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Check: 10-14 business days (mailed to billing address on file)
Please note that your financial institution may have additional processing times beyond our control.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds when:
- A portion of the contracted work has been completed satisfactorily
- Third-party costs have already been incurred
- The cancellation occurs mid-billing cycle
- Administrative or setup work has been performed
Partial refund amounts will be calculated fairly based on the value delivered and costs incurred.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. Please submit your appeal in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving our initial decision. Include any additional information or documentation supporting your case.
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will provide a final decision within 10 business days of receiving your appeal.
